Patrick really went out of his way to make sure my loan closed and and I was happy with the terms. We had a few bumps in the road with my loan as there are with all loans but the true value of a mortgage broker is having the ability to quickly find a solution and keep the transaction moving forward and Patrick definitely excelled in that area. He was a problem solver and a big part of the reason things got done, and the loan was actually completed a week prior to the escrow closing date thanks to Patrick, Henrik and Allied. He was even in contact with me at night and very early in the morning during his personal time making sure I had the right document, understood what it meant and signed it before the next deadline. In the 30 days it took to close the loan he communicated with me each day even during his time off over a holiday weekend which speaks about his dedication and professionalism.
